Marney Cullen, CP, has nearly four decades in the legal industry with experience in various practice areas including civil litigation, employment and labor, real estate, insurance defense and international transactional law, and she has worked in practice environments ranging from corporations to multi-national law firms.
Marney is passionate about uplifting the reputation of the paralegal profession, raising the bar for educational standards and opening new career avenues for paralegals. In her work with MPA, she hopes to foster open and ongoing dialog with other paralegal associations, educators, state bar representatives and attorneys in facilitating the necessary change for that growth to take place.
Outside of her work as the Senior Paralegal with Martone Legal, LLC, Marney provides advocacy services for students struggling with disabilities who require 504 services or an Individualized Education Plan through their school district and serves on the board of directors for a national healthcare charity.
She spends her spare time travelling and working at renaissance faires as a musician and shopkeeper with her husband, enjoying various needlework and fiber arts, and running herd on her five “differently-wired” offspring, several grandchildren and a variety of livestock on the family farm.
